What to check before purchasing an eSIM

Activate your eSIM within 30 days of purchase. Orders that expire before activation are not eligible for a refund.

Day counting varies by plan type. For daily data plans, each new day begins at GMT+1 00:00 after roaming is enabled. For total-data plans with a call bundle, one day equals 24 hours from the time roaming is first enabled.

The network supports 4G (LTE). If your device or the local area does not support 4G, it will fall back to 3G or 2G depending on available signal.

Carrier partners may change. We update plan information as promptly as possible, but the network your device connects to is determined by local availability at the time of use.
