Unlimited Data
For travelers who need data without a cap. No counting gigabytes — just connect and go.
Works for both work and entertainment. Note that the Fair Use Policy still applies, so this plan is best for individual heavy users rather than shared multi-device use.

To keep full speeds on an unlimited plan, you must comply with the Fair Use Policy (FUP). The FUP prohibits sudden high-volume data activity such as cloud backups, continuous HD video streaming, or tethering to multiple devices simultaneously. Violations may result in your card being blocked.
Why does heavy continuous data use matter even on an unlimited plan?
Local base stations and network bandwidth are shared resources. Sustained high usage by one device can degrade the experience for everyone nearby, which is why this policy exists.
Network speeds may vary in certain areas due to terrain. For the best signal, use the service near urban centers or in open areas.

What to check before purchasing a SIM card
Due to compatibility limitations, Yu Cloud SIM cards cannot be used on the following devices: Google Pixel 8 series, Samsung Note 9, Samsung S10, and ZenFone 7.
Please also confirm your phone is not a counterfeit, Asia-Pacific region model, carrier-customized model, niche brand device, SHARP phone, SIM-locked device, tablet, or smartwatch without roaming support — these devices are not compatible with our travel SIM cards.
If you are unable to connect to the internet because your device falls into one of the above categories, refunds and exchanges cannot be issued.

Additional Notes
After enabling roaming, the next 00:00 Taiwan Time (UTC+8) marks the start of Day 2.
The network supports 4G (LTE). If your device or the local area does not support 4G (LTE), the connection will fall back to 3G or 2G depending on available signal.
All SIM cards are subject to the Fair Use Policy. A card blocked for FUP violations cannot be unblocked.
The 7-day window is not a trial period. Once the SIM card is inserted or activation is submitted, the product is considered used. Refunds are only available if the card is defective and cannot be activated.
